I can't imagine having a TV in any other room than the living room but then I'm not addicted to the television like so many people seem to be. I really don't watch much at all, there are far too many other things to do in life. My time is far better spent than sitting in front of a telly.

Not that it matters, but for some reason I feel the need to defend myself after that comment :p

I probably watch about an hour maximum before falling asleep with the sleep timer on - I just don't like falling asleep with nothing on in the background. Other than before sleep, I rarely watch TV unless it's sport.

So I guess I could be the opposite - I could handle not having a TV in the "living room" :p

Funny isn't it? I even have a corner sofa, but that is because she already had one when I moved in, and got it because it turns in to a frankly awesome sofa bed for ehwn we have guests.

I don't have a TV in the bedroom. But sometimes I'll take the Tab upstairs and watch something on that.

Unfortunately the main TV is often locked onto children's programs most of the day.

I either want to spend my time watching something interesting and engaging, or not at all. I can't stand wasting my time watching general rubbish on TV, full stop. Watching Stranger Things, or Game of Thrones (etc) or something similar is not ideal bedtime fodder.

So no, don't have a TV in the bedroom. Never would.

Sometimes.

My fiancée is a teacher so she’s often up late working, which means we will have food and watch something on TV in the living room then retire to the bedroom to finish off the episode/movie.

I have an ISF calibrated 60” Pioneer plasma with 7.1 HD audio in the living room, or an 8 year old 32” Samsung LCD in the bedroom. It’s not the ideal setting for watching movies, but it’s handy for the odd TV show or late night recordings of sport.

If I had a TV in the bedroom it would probably be used to watch Prawn and that is it.

Lol @ all you people looking down your noses, surely a bedroom is for whatever a person wants it for?

Mine is used for sleeping/sex/tv/films/gaming/work/mixing music/listening to music/card games :p

When I lived at home with the parents then all my worldly possessions we're in my bedroom; TV, Consoles, PC. Now i'm living with the OH the bedroom is used for sleeping and bowchickwowow.

Chavtastic.
I'm so much on my high horse that I've never been within 100 metres of a TV in my entire life and if I do get close my high horse detector goes off which makes a neighing sound.
I'm so much better than you.
