it's what I use and is extremely convenient but it's only as secure as your master password. It does of course mean that hackers only need to crack this one password to get your logins to absolutely everything so make it a secure password.
Shame last pass don't do 2fa. But my password is about 64 characters.

2fa would make massive sense. hopefully it's in the pipeline.
No actually it's memorised.
They do 2fa. I use it with Google Authenticator.
Am I missing something? I thought they already supported 2FA?

I stopped using TV for this very reason. Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. The only thing they were able to do was get into paypal and take a few hundred which was refunded. I no longer use TV or have it installed.
Is it the alphabet twice and then 0 to 9?

That's what I do for my most sensitive accounts - a memorised sentence with a sequence of numbers.

I wonder what you downloaded or been looking at to be infected so badly.
to identify this kind of attack, seems you need your antivirus to tell you if TV had been installed without your knowing
(TV can be used in a 2FA login mode too, but that does not help in this case)
Presumambly lastpass, even with 2FA, is itself, compromised, if a TV connection is giving someone visibility of your screen and access to clipboard (like RDP would too)
