The K4 is the only budget B350 board they recommend for overclocking - the Pro 4's VRM and cooling is very similar. Although as you can see, he isn't too kind to any of them. No mention of the Gigabyte.

My old computer was bought in May 2010, running from an Intel I7 930 2.8GHZ Bloomfied. So, even stock it will run amazing in comparison to my old computer.

Which would happily run that 1440P 75Hz Freesync screen, so you could take that spec that orbital did and wait for these cards to turn up.

Or swap the screen for a 1080P 144Hz+ Fressync one and leave the RX580 8GB in there.

And add a HDD.

And still be under £1500 I reckon.

Fair enough, I'd say just go for whichever is cheaper then. Both work fine at stock. For RMA the Gigabyte is better, due to a UK RMA centre.

Yes, easily.

RX580 and GTX1060 are happy 1080P cards.

Vega56 and GTX1070 are happy 1440P cards.

It would work, but you might struggle to hit 100fps at that res with high settings in some games. 60fps no problems though. Is very game dependent.

The case has a few colours of illumination to pick from.

Tempered glass windows like the one above for example do not scratch easily which can happen with plastic varients even when cleaning them you can introduce microscratches.
