Do any of the motherboard manufacturers let the retailer swap out faulty products without the hassle of it going back to the them does anyone know? I seem to remember some ASUS arrangement but not sure.
Currently in a situation where a faulty <£100 Gigabyte board has to go back to them taking 2 + weeks to confirm what we already know before anything is done. Not good when someone is waiting to do important University work!
Won't be buying Gigabyte again if someone does allow OCUK to deal with the issue direct as it's just too much bloody hassle.
