Hmmm, I've used two pillows for years, so this is interesting and might be worth giving a go: my soon-to-be ex-wife often complained that I snored, to the extent that I had been banished to the spare room on occasions. These 2 *could* be related.
Me and the Mrs have both been moaning about a bad back for a while now and had put it down to our matress, however a little research suggests it could be pillows, so I removed a pillow from each of us and we have both woken up with much less pain, I also noticed that she doesn't snore as badly (although it has only been a few nights so far)
im certainly less restless sine dropping to a single pillow, the one i have is fairly thick memory foam so still supports my headHmmm, I've used two pillows for years, so this is interesting and might be worth giving a go: my soon-to-be ex-wife often complained that I snored, to the extent that I had been banished to the spare room on occasions.
I do also get backache first thing in the morning (see earlier post), but it's my lower back where the old injury occurred, not the upper back/neck/shoulder-blade sort of area - I've always assumed it was related to having a restless night's sleep involving a lot of twisting and turning of my lower spine. I don't think there's any serious damage there - I had a neck and spine MRI last year in an effort to try and pinpoint the problem with my right arm (they originally thought it was nerve-related) and nothing was apparent from that. Even though they were looking for something else entirely, I'd have thought if I'd damaged a vertebrae or something like that they'd have mentioned it ...

I mean a lot of posts that ask advice on things that take longer for a reply on here than actually doing a quick google/bing/yahoo or going to the websites that are the official ones (HMRC/Police/NHS etc)Oh you mean the show us your front room thread![]()
Who uses bing?
My total lack of drive to go out at the weekend. I'd rather do absolutely nothing, doing nothing or having nothing to do is my goal.
Snow flakes.... More each year.... Winter is coming.
Is snow flakes a word that is offensive?

It sounds awful but yes i would. If i had the choice now to never have met my wife and never gotten married or had kids without anyone knowing including myself then i wouldnt hesitate.
