Furthest you have travelled in a car

Not a massive amount. Dunkirk to Nurburgring then into Reil. Probably 300miles or so in a day. Longest time would be Southampton to Manchester nonstop in 7 hours :(

Germany trip was longer in the car but with numerous longer breaks and a good few hours at the ring before continuing on.

705 miles in one day on my motorbike last year, from the UK to near the foot of the French Alps. I needed a bit of a stretch out after that, and a few beers helped.

Norwich to Weston-super-mare and back in a day was my longest for work. Just over 500 miles.

It was meant to be an equipment demo setup by our sales manager and I was told to take a shed load of gear. When I got there I was told "I can only give you 20 minutes, what can you show me."

I was not best pleased and cancelled the hotel I had booked and just nailed it back home. Got a nice order from them though :p

350 miles towing a 27 foot Caravan behind a Jeep Grand Cherokee, took about 10 hours including stops to let the dogs go for a leak, food & traffic etc

I do that weekly :p

I did cornwall to the south of france in one go only stopping for petrol, was about 16 hours IIRC. Properly knackered after that drive :D

My commute is only 6 miles so I'm not used to it. Only other long distance trips I've done in the last five years is Manchester to Nottinghamshire which wasnt that far at all and Manchester to Northumberland. With a young child in the car they get bored easily too and I'm just generally not a fan of long distance driving I find it boring

In the UK Elgin in Moray to Newlyn in Cornwall, some 730 odd miles. Best time was 10.5 hours, worst time was 12.5 hours in heavy snow once across the border into Scotland on a return trip.

Furthest ever was RAF Laarbruch in W Germany to Elgin Scotland via the channel tunnel as the ex wife din't travel well on ships. Now that was a damn long drive.

In one go ... Manchester to Dijon, only stopping for the tunnel. The E350 at the time had a 80L fuel tank.

In a trip, I've just come back from driving to Valencia via Portugal and Southern Spain over 10 days. Total trip over Christmas was 3K miles with a 2 week break in Valencia.

In one day?

Solihull to Stirling and back which is about 650 miles.

Nurburg is 500 miles door-to-door and done that loads of times.

Just remembered I once did Denmark-Belgium and back in 24 hrs on a spur-of-the-moment trip to check out a flat for rent. Ended up doing 1,000 of those 1200 miles in a GT86 rental. Quite a bouncy experience!

Most I've done in a day is 790 miles, to my Mum's which is near Bergerac in France. Definitely wouldn't want to go any further in one day, but quite a good drive across France. It's worse coming home, having had a full day of France, to cross the border and have to deal with the M25!

Dallas to San Antonio.

Only about 300 mile route. But was driving a chevolet camero supersport

Definitely one of my life long memories!
