So, 19th March GDC Nvidia Key Note

Can't remember exactly but models were mostly £380 to £415 at or around launch.

£380 should have been the max for an all singing/dancing AIB model never mind the current prices.

Yeah, mine was £380 at launch but the clown card was £365 for a short time I think.

Remember though, the £/$ was weaker than it is now, so if Nvidia keep their MSRP the same, they should work out cheaper at launch than the 10 series (technically anyway!)

With the current exchange rate, a replacement GTX 1070 (Ti) model (presumably a GTX 1170) should be around £380, so custom cards for maybe £400-420. If it was around 1080 Ti levels of performance that'd be pretty sweet. This assumes they keep their pricing structure the same and that prices aren't inflated due to shortages of course...I highly doubt the real numbers will be anything like this.

Yeah, I used to be quite involved here, but there doesn't seem to have been much progression recently and prices are ridiculous.

I've barely touched my PC since my Xbox One X arrived!

If the launch the Titan again direct for £1100 I’ll have one again. Current you pricing makes my Titan xp look a good buy now

Unlikely... with no competition from AMD, they'll do what they've done the last few generations.

They'll release the 2080 first that's ~20% faster than the Titan XP... then 3-6 months down the line they'll release the new Titan level GPU, whatever they call it... then 3-6 months after that they'll release the 2080ti.

It's a good money making strategy... just annoying that they're so happy to rape end users...

Sooo... you mean no-one will be buying any cards at all? Doubt that...

Prices direct from Nv stayed the same, some of the retailers are/were offering pre order prices at the MSRP, but most are just gouging.

People make you laugh, they will cry and cry about the price but they will still buy one from a retailer that is pulling their pants down.
