The pickup, the low bridge and the wardrobe (I feel a novel title in there somewhere) made me LOL. As said above what sort of troll bridge did you go under or was it a barrier with a height limit?

Quality.

It was a high load as it was on top of other stuff and loaded standing up. The bridge was a kind of underpass which is quite narrow, so I was concentrating on not scraping the sides of the truck and missed the obvious issue above me

I was also massively behind schedule and going quite quick in terms of wardrobe carrying speed - made quite a bang. The homeless guy nearby was very happy to salvage some of the remains for his shelter so I guess that’s a positive.

I attacked it with an electric saw yesterday and am in the process of doing just that. It won't look amazing but it'll be OK for the spare bedroom I think. And as my girlfriend said, it'll be good to keep it in the house to serve as a reminder of my "endless stupidity"

When my wife tries stuff like this with me I'm always very quick to remind her that she was also there, she watched me package it and load it up and saw the same bridge. She's an awful back seat driver so I take her down with me

Saw the new Aston Martin Vantage last night, oh my lord, it looks sublime in the flesh, sadly I was in the car so couldn't take any pics but I will be keeping an eye out for it round town.

Yea seen a few around already. I don't live far from the Milbrook proving grounds and sometimes see things heading there on my commute. I like the minimalist design Astern use. They make it a nice shape and keep it clean.
