PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

Was watching the doc's stream this week and he was mentioning that most "pro" players prefer not to use the toggle for ADS and instead prefer to hold a button. Ive always used the default here but gonna try using right mouse to hold rather than toggle. Apparently its a lot smoother transitioning to ADS.

I use toggle for the fact that I normally run with x2 or x4 and if I need CQC, I can hold to cross hair shoot. I hate the x2 scopes though and always prefer to run with RDS. I also find weapon switching painfully slow.

Wow, people really use the toggle. (⊙_⊙)

hold ADS doesnt work for me either, as in it doesnt actually work
tried switching from toggle to hold in gameplay but nothing changes.
probably because its hold to hip fire also :p
but then dont u guys use that hipfire thing?

Yea it only works once you bind separate keys for ads and hipfire

Aim/holding right click is more inaccurate than ADS. It's always better to ADS unless you're so close that the bullet spread will just hit the guy anyway (<5 meters).

I've always been a toggle player in every game, but then that's because I don't have the dexterity to react to a hold to ads, same reason I can't play a console, I've got bad hands.

By the time it get down to cqb and I'm holding to hip fire I'm basically buggered anyway so it doesn't matter

Is there some magic tip folks can share for taking people out in vehicles? I always seem to come out 2nd best even when coming head on. Just took a guy to last sliver of health who bailed from his vehicle. He healed I got him down to very low health again as he ran. Then I dropped 3 stun grenades on him - yet he saw me straight away and killed me. Deathcam and reply show he was completely blind, ears ringing etc. So either its another deathcam glitch vs reality or he was just super lucky. Looking at his stats it doesn't look like a hacker.

Is there any easy way to share replays via YT rather than using an in game recording program or just sharing the demo file on google drive etc?
