PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

I just want to know the easiest way to share a replay or at least part of one. I can’t see any way within the game to do this. I googled it before posting here and could only find saving the demo folder online for others to download and view via their own replay folder which seemed a ballache tbh. If I can just copy a certain file type and upload it to my YT account for others to stream then pls let me know what I am missing.

Take a look at an app called Plays.

Records game for you and you can “bookmark” sections and easily pick out what you want, and upload straight to YouTube from within the interface :)

Shroud has over 100k watching him trying to get in... You'd have thought they would have made sure the servers could handle it as they sent out a set amount of keys.

Just got on this bandwagon, first game I've played online properly for years and I'm awful :o:(

Don't worry about it, I'm about the same and totally and utterly suck, it's fine though because....well it's a game.
Seems some people spend their entire living existence in this game and still suck, a steam friend has 1900 hrs in it (79 days which is mind blowing given how long it's been out and means he simply does not have a life) and still dies after the drop all the time.

That is a staggering number, surely the game must be left open while hes doing other things?

While I am quite bad I don't find it as frustrating as a lot of online shooters. Also its really tense at times. :D

I think it's how tense it is which makes it such a good game, i've never been tense in a game when you're in the top 5 and sat waiting for someone to move. Dead silent :D

I get into habits of winning and think I'm alright, then watch the highlight reels on YouTube from each week and am left staggered at how well some people can aim and track enemies, like with people like Shroud it's a given considering he's an ex CS player but there are loads of casuals who're just as good to watch and make it look effortless.

Had a strange chicken dinner last night, 6 alive quickly went to 2 alive in about 5 seconds from a big firefight. I hit the deck and threw a random nade to create a diversion and give myself time to medkit.

The nade landed near the other chap and it blew him into the blue mist. Second or two later, he died, wasn't credited with the kill, the mist took him :D

I know it really is, not sure if he has it open without playing but he is on it a lot, probably farming for skins in that toxic skinonomy garbage that seems to be infecting games and is probably causing all the cheating problems from China. He loves that crap in Overwatch so no reason why he wouldn't in this.

There are people on here with 3500+ hours in games like The Division and that's only been out 2 years!

If you have an NVidia card then just enable shadowplay. It creates videos of all your highlights automatically.

3rd person gives too much advantage to the person behind a wall. Especially true on a game with a circle/death zone that moves randomly. If the circle forces you to move at someone who has a wall there is absolutely no chance of winning. You can peek and instantly shoot because you can see him the entire time. No chance for the guy without cover to react. At least in FPP the person in the open has a chance to actually fight. If you damage the person behind the wall you actually get some leverage to work with while the wall guy heals - you can relocate and make it harder for the person with the cover advantage. In 3rd he's just watching you the entire time, even if he's been outplayed and has to heal. That's why I don't like 3rd person and find 1st person a more even playing field.

That saying I don't want TPP to be removed and don't care if you prefer it. Just play whatever you find fun lol.

^ Correct ^

total nonsense.the other players you are against has the same ability as you.so it comes down to game sense.if you get third personed behind a wall its your fault.bad play.thats the problem with third person.someone plays better than you kills you its cause its third person.no.its cause you made a bad play and lost.

first person.i go prone in grass you cant be seen.done.how is that more skilled? it isnt.you can camp as much as in third.its actually worse.

the truth is good players wont make excuses.you will be good at either.if you blame third for whatever you are a bad player.simple.

the funny thing is what you just described i just won two games against a person doing what you said.in singles. its just down to who plays better.he had better position third person me but still killed them.you do have a chance if you play better than the person in the better position and loot and have a decent aim.
