I have had a few days using the P20 Pro.
I got it as an early upgrade on Vodafone for my S7 Edge, as it had a badly cracked screen. Quite annoyed as it's the first phone i have ever damaged.
My findings:
The Notch got annoying after a a couple of days. It got hidden.
Haptic feedback got switched off.
Battery is lasting roughly a day and a half. My S7 Edge didnt last a day.
The camera is awesome. Lots of settings for me to play with.
The default vibrant screen setting is fine for general use but watching the SkyQ app it needs turned off.
The screen isn't as good as the S7 Edge but the extra screen real estate is good.
I need a proper case for it. The back protection case that comes with the phone is IMO inadequate. The phone doesn't sit flat because of the camera.
Totally worth the upgrade.

Sneaky but smart. My Bose headphones were approved yesterday too. I then took the phone back to the retailer for a full refund, so got the headphones for nought!
Doesn’t appear to be against the T&Cs for either party either. Huawei said the offer is valid if you don’t return the phone within 14 days of the purchase date, and the retailer accepts returns up to 35 days from purchase. I returned on the 15th day.![]()

I was considering a similar trick. But the phone is just so nice![]()
Considering it was £510 in EE just after launch payg I would expect so. (check hotukdeals )I've got my eye on a P20 Pro, should I expect the £799 price to drop any over the next month or so?

Also had my headphones approved, payed £550 to O2 then cancelled the contract![]()

Well inside my 14 day return window too. Not that I have any plans to return it.Literally three posts above yours.Does the screen come with a protector from the factory. Looks like one is already on the phone?
