Kendrick Lamar calls out white fan for rapping n-word onstage with him at concert

This is blown out of proportion a bit. Looking at other articles, it looks like he was doing censored versions of his songs all night, so it wasn't so much her dropping the N bomb, more that she was saying stuff he was trying to avoid himself all night, so just asked her to censor it and carry on.

Let's not let facts get in the way of faux outrage* / mouth frothing* / bed wetting* / gammon*

Definitely stop using it I mean isn't it the same as Muslims using the p word which I've never seen or heard them do.
Well no, most Muslims aren't from Pakistan, and Muslim isn't a race.

Speaking of the "P" word though, logically it shouldn't be offensive as "istan" means "land of."

The problem is the way it's used, and you've kinda just demonstrated why. It's offensive because of the assumption that non-"black" but "brown" people must be from Pakistan.

Can a mod like... change the clickbait title, i almost got offended by the offence some offended people were wrongly offended at something being offensive (apparently)

GAMMON !?!?!?!?!

I count 15 uses of the word from looking at the songs lyrics.... The 'chorus' has it repeated four times on its own.... and it's a rather integral part of said chorus coming at the end of each line of said 'chorus'.

If 'm.a.a.d city' is indicative of the singers work in general the whole concept of having a 'clean' version of his songs is, in of itself, rather ridiculous given the inherent subject matter at least of this song...... being the usual depressingingly familiar gangster tropes of guns, drugs and a shootings

It was incrediblbly stupid to have a fan come up and sing it and expect them to stick to the 'clean' version

Ironically Mr Lamar previously hit the news recently over himself being censored at an award show whilst singing his songs ....

"What's the point in having Kendrick Lamar perform on #BRITS if you're going to mute him every other word?" tweetes jp, voicing the discontent of many.

Was one tweet quoted in that article... . Which is rather ironic and relevant to this storm in a tea cup.... Why have a fan up on stage to sing your song if you are then going to moan about them using your words when they do so?

Is that really the only assumption? There's non Muslim brown people that are called it too.. some are so ignorant they assume that you're brown and must be Muslim. But yeah that's another discussion

Seems we have a case of SJWs loosing control again and jumping to defence of this white girl.

Has anyone asked if she was offended or hurt by what happened? Seems social justice warriors just doing SJW things. Did she have a problem with not being allowed to say the N word or is it just warriors fighting on her behalf?

I think you a bit confused... I don't think it is 'SJW's' that are coming to the defence of the white woman in this saga? SJW's aren't exactly renowned for defending the right of whites to use the word in question here?

Why, who’s world ended. She made a mistake, he corrected her and they carried on. Nothing happened.

What mistake? The one of signing the words to the song correctly?

Well they are, just on the opposite end of the usual spectrum (usual by some). It’s no different than the cheeky monkey t-shirt event that occurred not long ago. This is SJW defending this woman, just not the ones you are accustomed to.

No the mistake of where she was asked to sing the clean version i assume. It’s in the video not sure why your confused.
