can i get a disciplinary for this?

Just tell your supervisor that you overreacted and apologise for the hassle you've caused everyone and that you won't stir things up again. Depending on what your supervisor is like, that may sort it. To be fair to the other bloke, you've accused him of doing something which may not be true. I presume your supervisor knows the history between you two so he's probably explained to your supervisor that he's been trying to keep the peace but you've come at him from with these unbased accusations.

the supervisor loves him and hates me, hence why I think he was threating the disciplinary. the manager who i'm booked in to see tomorrow is a bit more level headed.

I totally agree that this whole thing is school yard activity.

i'm going to take your advice.

Sounds like you're the problem then. And I doubt you'll be given a disciplinary because you didn't provide a name for someone causing stuff. However, you will likely get one for causing unneeded drama in the workplace causing commotion by being riled up over trivial things.

Again, you're paid to be there and if you're being disgruntled because someone disliked you. They will want to replace you for someone with a more professional attitude.

I might sound a bit harsh, but it's what I would do if you was in my team.

Sounds like we are only getting half the story, edited by OP no less.

If it comes across this way after this, just imagine how bad the truth really is !

This, a disciplinary isn't taken lightly in the work place, and I'm going to bet it will end up in written warning with a performance plan for the OP. It sounds like he's tough to work with which is why people are trying to rile him up with drama as they know he'll retaliate.

Bash your head on sommot so they can see, like walk into the door when entering disciplinary room, say oo and now your heads hurting room spinning, have a funny doo say you have to go home, then when you go back to work in a few days say you can't remember and your not even sure what they are talking about

What sort of work is this? Even a whiff of this sort of stuff in my company and your days would be numbered. No prima donnas or stirrers here.

What an incredible summation based on a few lines from the OP. Believe it or not, some people do suffer in the workplace which can have an overwhelming effect on mental health. Yes, you're paid to be there to get a job done but that's no reason to put up with any form of harassment which for all you know might be the root cause here.

As of the OP. Good luck. You don't have to give up the name of the person who told you. The manager might indeed ask you, and you should decline. But should they present you with any kind of ultimatum you should escalate. And don't apologise! Despite what people on here are saying. That immediately puts you on the back foot.
