No, he kept lower speed way before the corner, thus sandwitching Sebastian. Sebastian was so much faster than both Merc drivers but the only way to overtake both was to go outside of the circuit on the left side of Ham.

No, Bottas should have left enough space, not crossing the corner, Bottas lost the position way before the corner, but Sebastian didn't have space to overtake Ham.
