PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

I think there could be a number of reason to explain the streamers performance at these LANs.
As mentioned there could be jetlag for some of them.
Some of them possibly aren't used to playing infront of live crowds.
Which sort of links to the next point in that the hardware is probably provided for them rather than stuff they bring from home. so along with the venue their whole setup is different. I'm sure we've all bought a new mouse or keyboard at some point and found it's taken a little while to get used to. Imagine changing everything and having to play competitive games while getting used to it.
Then of course there's the fact that when playing public games the average player rating will be around 1750-ish (probably less). In these games I suspect that would likely be a fair bit higher. The Pros will no doubt bump that average up but most of the streamers are probably pretty decent too (and experienced). The Pros will be used to playing in games where everyone is good, the streamers probably not so much. Then it's up to the Pros to help the streamers adapt.
And there's the question of how seriously people are taking it. Some of the Pros probably weren't too bothered about this event, this was their game to have a bit of a laugh in. In one game Shroud used a VSS. Now unless there was just no loot, that doesn't strike me as the weapon someone would use if tryharding. Other streamers may have been in a similar frame of mind.
 
VSS is one of the best guns in the game.thats why they so rare.tbh you dont have a clue.streamers arent pros.thats it that simple.
 
no i pointed out the obvious . the vss is one of the best guns in the game.you have no idea.streamers arent pros you baited with jet lag of all things. pros are pros for a reason.

VSS for eg i would drop a m24 for it.as im decent with it.

if you want to watch really good people watch the finals in a minute forget shroud and co starts in 20 minutes

To be fair if you're not killing people it doesn't matter what gun you have. I can not kill people with a pistol, a shotgun, a SKS or a VSS. I'm sure you're the same. Doesn't make any difference to how well you can hide in a corner.

And yes, I think it's obvious that none of the streamers, in cluding Shroud, the Doc or Ninja are as good as the Pros. I don't think anyone was ever arguing that. I was arguing why the streamers might not do as well at this LAN as they do on stream. I even mentioned the fact they're playing against pros as one of the reasons.
 
what you on about either you are the worst troll about or you have no idea.not quite sure yet which you are. im fine with vss had loads of wins killing decent amounts with it soley.10 kill game with it other night.you may struggle i dont.

Drop into this thread now and then to see how the game is doing and it's always the same, legitimately one of the most toxic threads on this forum and that's some going :D

Really, your stats don't show you getting many kills. More than me sure, but we were talking about good players. Your kill numbers are closer to mine than to Shrouds or Viss'.

Managed to get in, landed at the cave with 5 others, equipped myself with an AK and a Kar98, found a level 3 vest and backpack, 8x scope and loads of ammo, got onto a motorbike and died from running myself over :( had 6 kills too in the first 2-3 minutes :p
