Accidentally made 3 orders

Hi I accidentally made 3 orders of the same order because it kept saying order failed but on order history it states I made 3 orders. However, I received 1 confirmation email does this mean I'll hopefully only receive one order?

Also I ordered the stuff before 2;00 for next day delivery although I have not received a dispatch email? Does anyone know if this is normal?

Had this once or twice. Few times OCUK catch it out before payment leaves and sometime afterwards and takes up to 5 days for refund (bank)
Always best calling though
 
If you ring them or post in the customer service section they will be able to confirm what will happen.

From memory (not being a shop employee), the system flags up exact duplicate orders and only processes one or something like that.

Dunno about OcUK but where I work if a customer orders multiple times of the same thing or 90+% match it processes the last one and flags it for someone to look at. I'd assume OcUK does something similar.
 
had something similar a little while ago, was due to my bank stopping the transactions because I barely used the card recently(as in at all for about 2 years) but not actually telling me it was the bank, was a little frustrating but after eventually figuring out the problem and having a word with the bank as well as an email to customer service here everything was fine, recieved my order and was only charged once anyway.
