It could be anything. It could be an accident, someone under the influence of drink of drugs. It could be a British white lunatic upset with domestic politics. It could be a Jihadist who wants to bring down the West. We don't know yet. Please let's try to have discussion based on the truth of the events as best we can, rather than speculating on total unknowns, drawing attention away from the event and on to a argument that serves only to distract.
