Geforce GTX1180/2080 Speculation thread

All the Nvidia fans in here have always slated AMD for having forward looking cards with features that are hardly used and yet, now that Nvidia are bringing ray-tracing to their new line up, arguably a forward looking feature, they are all reacting like it's the second coming. Hypocrisy at it's finest :D
Not surprising though is it. Not many people here are genuinely neutral and unbiased.

Just look at old jigger here, he says Nvidia should be providing 25% a year performance improvement, yet when I ask if that is the case why did that not happen from RX 480 to RX 580, he says he does not know what I am talking about or ignores it, lol.

DVI finally gone and now it has USB-C connector.

I love the new VR link however....... I hope it comes with a hdmi - vr link adapter in the box because right now my rift uses hdmi and my 4k gaming TV uses dvi-hdmi adapter
