We need to know what the actual gaming performance is but ATM it does not look that promising.

Could this be why NVidia kept the Pascal range going for so long as they were much cheaper to make and still offered reasonable performance.
 
Nope, especially since the whole point is ray tracing which has to be implemented per game. And no benches to see how it performs in regular games...
 
I could, but I wouldn't enjoy the feeling after. I'd feel extremely disappointed with myself.

So I'm not going to.

I set my limit at £300, because that amount is commensurate to the enjoyment I would get from it, running so-called "AAA" games. In reality I spend waaaaay more time playing old-school indie games.
