How do you get the higher trade in when doing the trade in online?

Need to do it now and there is no indication that the £200 promo is applied when I requested a trade in.
 
They do it behind the scenes It's not intuitive at all.

When you send the phone in for trade in just make sure to put your pre order details so they remember to give you the enhanced offer. They probably do it automatically based on your address but no harm in belts and braces.

You're cutting it fine. It's likely to end imminently given launch day is tomorrow

I ordered ages ago. Only now requesting the trade in.

Thanks. I'll give them a ring tomorrow to double check though. Don't want to be sending my phone in for the lower amount.

Just looking at other forums and some CPW customers who bought the 512gb model are being told that their release date has been put back to 7th September, that's not on, especially when they were told they would receive them at launch!

You'll probably find it's already there and arrived yesterday!

Mine was there when I asked about when it would be ready but he couldn't give it to me. To be fair the guy who served me also said his pre order was there too and he was also waiting!
