so saw on the bbc papers section but they aren't carrying the story so take your pick of source from whats available

seriously how is there no ail time for 3 unprovoked violent attacks, including against a disabled man and the latest one which is racially motivated (really surprised that didn't get anything).

and this last attack happened while on a suspended sentence for the last one? i thought that was instant jail for the original sentence?

They have to make room in the prisons for all of the the 'hate crime' criminals saying bad things on the internet, far more dangerous than a martial arts expert committing actual physical violence.

The problem is - if he goes to prison, he'll go to prison for a few weeks, months at most. Then what? He'll have spent that time in the gym, hanging around with 'proper criminals', learning the tricks of the trade, and likely ending up owing someone a favor.

The idea of keeping him on a suspended sentence would be because he's likely having to attend a programme designed to change his ways. Whilst this may be a complete waste of time (especially considering he's continuing to be thug), the Judge will be trying to give the guy a chance, before consigning him to a life of crime.

Yes, but obviously a little common sense and compassion should be applied in certain cases.

Anyway, just because you vote for a party, it doesn’t mean you automatically agree with everything they do, it’s a question of balance.

He received a community sentence as no direct link could be proven to the injuries Scott suffered and the attack by the yob and another 15-year-old.

No direct link? Couldn't prove which one caused the injury? What about both of them since it was both of them hitting him.

Makes my blood boil.

. How the hell is he not in prison what an absolute scumbag. Especially when it said he changed his Facebook status to “full time killer” after killing the poor disabled guy just shows he has no remorse. Thing is he obviously fancies himself as a tough guy but he’s obviously picking on vulnerable people which shows what a coward he is. Bet he wouldn’t start on a big 6ft3 doorman who weighs twice as much as his skinny ass.
I need to stop reading the news it’s just getting more and more depressing reading about people getting no punishment in this ridiculous country.
