so saw on the bbc papers section but they aren't carrying the story so take your pick of source from whats available

seriously how is there no ail time for 3 unprovoked violent attacks, including against a disabled man and the latest one which is racially motivated (really surprised that didn't get anything).

and this last attack happened while on a suspended sentence for the last one? i thought that was instant jail for the original sentence?

'during sentencing, the judge did not hear details of Peet’s attack on Scott.'

Is likely why.

The problem is - if he goes to prison, he'll go to prison for a few weeks, months at most. Then what? He'll have spent that time in the gym, hanging around with 'proper criminals', learning the tricks of the trade, and likely ending up owing someone a favor.

The idea of keeping him on a suspended sentence would be because he's likely having to attend a programme designed to change his ways. Whilst this may be a complete waste of time (especially considering he's continuing to be thug), the Judge will be trying to give the guy a chance, before consigning him to a life of crime.

but surely the judge heared he was hal;f way through a 8 moth 2 years suspended sentence?

because the mma fighter who beat up a pair of people because of their race with his dad and his brother is in such a calming environment?

he was already on a suspended sentence for his last violent crime when he stamped on the two people with his dad and brother...

It just reeks of them being even more lazy than usual, that they can't be bothered to get their own quote, so quote someone else's quote.
I just find it odd to quote a direct rival.

As for the OP, chap should be in prison. There seems to be no sense of public protection at work here.

It's just the mirror are the ones who did the interview they have to cite sources.

There are guys like him in every town nationwide. One day he will try to bully someone who he cant handle and karma will be served.

But he probbaly won't. He s never attacked anyone on his own He s jumped weak people in a group each time.

The idea Hes one day gonna go "actually instead of smashing them from behind with a few of my mates in gonna walk up to a dude way stronger and skilled than me and kick off a fair fight" is just fairy tale nonsense

I agree with the capital punishment in theory. But I don't trust the system enough to give them that responsibility. Maybe only in the most straight forward cases. But for the regular low level crime that blights general society I think we need to bring back public humiliation. The nearest we got previously was the ankle tags. But they can cover them up. We need a visible sign that every time we walk past them we see it on them.

I suggest tattoo'ing a big L on their forehead.. for Loser.

There will always be an underclass in society. I think at the same time we brought public humiliation in, I'd like to create an increase in low level manual labour jobs that doesn't require any schooling certificate and can be trained on the job. Even if its just picking up rubbish and dog muck around town.

There is also the debate of bringing national service back too.

Locked body collar?

That way they csnt commit any crime, thier criminal associates won't want to be around them (helping thier rehabilitation)
