Are there any trade in offers for the Note 9? Call me mad but I fancy trying one out for a year. I know they do decent trade ins for the iPhone 7, Note 8 etc but I have not seen any for the iPhone X.

Edit, Carphone Warehouse trade in for the 256GB X is £620, surely safer than those online places.

Never heard of them, not worth the risk. These companies that offer more are normally the ones that take 20% off for having a scratch you can only see under a microscope

I recently bought a mint second hand X 64GB, princely sum of £610 including an Apple leather case and warranty until May 2019. The rumours and imminent announcement have already brought prices down and a brand new £900 XS probably isn't going to move prices too much further down... I can see £500 but not lower than that

As long as you don't plan on buying the cellular version it should be fine.

We wouldn't know on the cellular one until it is released, it depends on what chips they use in each region. That also doesn't take into account anything funky they do with the software.

I must say I don't really care for the name.
I just care about the price of the XS at this point.

Apple did insist it was the iphone ten x as in ten, so these will be the iphone tenis and tency unless they revert their previous thinking and use an X.

It will be 10s, 10 Plus and 10c, for sure.

Next year they have 2 options. They can go to 11, 11 Plus and 11c or they may drop the numbers and go iPhone, iPhone Plus and iPhone C.
