People will simply keep their cards longer. Yes some will still buy on release, but if this price is the norm I really cant see people changing too often.

Thats only because they're all on pre-orer, as they are in short supply, theres hundeds waiting, its going to be months before they get them.

That's because all the good chips are going in Quadros and only the failed ones are going in 2080ti

That happens when a card does not live up to expectations. It happened with Vega also, not long after it came out someone made a Navi thread

Should really be talking about the 50 series, as by then Nvidia might have got RTX working at 4k rather than fauxK.
