Bottas is not in the title hunt and has nothing to play for. Wouldn't make any sense whatsoever to reduce hammys points. Title far from won yet..

I doubt Bottas cares in reality. He secures his place in the best team of the moment. He doesn’t have a choice, there are plenty of new drivers who would take his place and do as requested.
