At the moment my computer has two AIO cooling systems and I was trying to find a radiator with connectors on the side, like the below:

Does anyone know of any non-AIO rads with connectors in this location?

Sorry, I was thinking about the wrong ones. I'm sure I've seen rads with ports on the side of the tank...hang on, let me hunt for you (it'll bug me otherwise)

They're the only ones with that port configuration, so 60mm is what you got.

Are you looking to replicate the layout of that Corsair system, or need to replace the radiator in it? Because that'll be a bespoke radiator so you'll not have much joy finding an off-the-shelf equivalent.

Plus it's probably aluminium.

I'm weighing up options at the moment (I think one of my AIO pumps isn't happy) so want to prepare for the worst. There is also some inefficiency with the currently installed rads - there is a gap between them and the outer shell so some of the air taken in via the side vents does not pass through the radiators - If I have to replace at some point, I will also try to improve...

You're probably be out of luck then if you're trying to replace this exact radiator. As far as the fans/rad goes, surely as long as the fans are sealed nicely against the radiator itself then the airflow generated will flow through the radiator? The rad doesn't need to be flush to the side panels. A simple 240mm neoprene gasket between the fans and radiator will solve that issue.

There are no fans on the radiators in a Corsair one. There is one large fan at the top of the case that draws air in via the sides, through the rads.

You can re-use the AIO rad if you like it. Yes, it's aluminium but with a decent aftermarket fluid, that isn't a problem. Aluminium radiators are fine if you're not a snob.
