i don't have enough time to play 20 games never mind 30 over a weekend. and i've only posted rewards on here once lol. i don't do it every weekend. i have only played 5 weekend leagues (total ever in all fifas) and only recently started doing them. so i've done 3 in a row now. before that i had done 2 wl's in like 4 months. i've only recently started doing them because of the high rewards it is. but honestly i don't have the time which is why i am currently managed 12 games i think this weekend. was 10-2. i might play a few tonight to boost me up due to extension. but last weekend i managed to play a few more than 12 to get me to gold 3 again thanks to extension. i managed gold 1 when i played something like 24/25 games.

i can't do WL this weekend coming for instance.

so I won't be doing any games. not even enough for silver 3. i don't know how people on here play 30 games on a weekend. must have no life.

It's easy upto gold 3, grind starts after that :). I have been finishing gold 2 pretty much every week with few games to spare but when ever I tired to go for gold 1 I always failed to achieve that.

i don't know how anyone can play fifa that much every weekend.

i can play in 1 session a max of 3-4 games. then i go do something else. then come back for another 3 games.

i have gaming pc, switch, red dead 2, full sky package and a life. i've only managed 12 games this weekend because i went to an escape room, cinema, 2 dinners out, etc. i was out all day saturday and all of friday night. working friday during the day. which means i have sunday usually and to play 30 games in 1 day you need to be some sort of hermit with nothing but fifa in his life to do that.
 
If you're good at the game you can finish all 30 in 4-6 hours due to rage quits, seen Bateson do that anyway on his 30-0 finishes.

Anyways, no point banging on about elite if you can never put the hours in, criticising other peoples use of time just because you can't evidence an elite finish isn't a good idea either.

i only had 2 rage quits that i recall yesterday. you lose coins from rage quitting which lower down doesn't make any sense to do. higher up then obviously makes sense than to waste 15+ mins. which proves my point if people are rage quitting then it shows it's not a good way to spend your time playing fifa. i'm sure i heard someone on here say playing against the best is the best way to learn how to counter better players.

so it doesn't make sense to quit when losing 1-0 or even 5-0 to a better player.

but seriously playing fifa for even 4-6 hours straight is something i could never do. i can barely do 1 hour unless i'm playing someone in real life like a mate then i can hack 2 hours max.
 
Nobody cares about match coins and your average WL player isn't playing to be a better player, they just want gold 3 and out.

90% of players never change their playstyle, they may learn something new when required like timed finesse but they won't analyse replays and what not to actually see where they're going wrong. Sitting getting tonked 6-0 by half time isn't making you better to hang around and do the same.

25-30 games over 3 days easily manageable unless I have got other things planned over the weekend.

3 days i can understand but in reality if you work then on a friday you get home at say 6pm. you need to sort out dinner and stuff. so you have max of say 2-3 hours of spare time. in which i'll want to something other than just play fifa. then lets say you have a function on 1 day like a wedding call that full day off. which then puts you down to 30 games in 1 day. it needs to be extended to 4 days IMO. i only managed last weekend due to extension and same goes for this weekend i managed 12 in 1 day where i was home all day chilling, i just can't do it. the thought of playing 18 games after work isn't an option. i'll play the min needed to get gold 3 then leave it.
 
At what point does fantasy fifa playing constitute a thread ban?

This thread is being ruined by Sonny’s supposition that if he

A: Had time to play all 30 games he would be top 100 (slightly at odds with someone who has 28000 forum posts so clearly has plenty of time)
B: Actually opened his wallet he would be top 100
C: Could beat anyone on here 10-0 but hasn’t played anyone in recent forum memory
D: Would probably be the reigning FIFA World Champion if he wasn’t already the Destiny one.
E: The moon is rising in Aquarius and the game wants him to lose.
F: His reality goggles actually worked.
 
Sonny, yes you’re a decent player but 30-0 no chance. I played and beat you 2/3 times? Jony is a much stronger player and he is making gold.

it was an exaggeration jeez. you are the only one to ever beat me and i've played about 20 folk on here. and i've not played the game in 6 years so i'm rusty from the long hiatus plus the fact i don't play many games. unlike some on here. also overall when you did beat me you weren't better than me just kryptonite as overall i still won the league. i for some reason just couldn't beat you but i remember they were tight games and could have went either way. just happened to be your day that day. you got the win and well done to you for that. but if jony is better than you doesn't mean he is better than me if you understand because i never lost to anyone else whereas you did.

if i had 50 mill to spend on a team then i reckon i would be hitting around 22+ wins if i played 30 games a weekend. as like always people just see the word 30 and are focusing on that. it was an exaggeration.

this will also be the last year i play ultimate team the direction it has went in just isn't for me. since i bought it and invested time in it i'm seeing it out for now. but i won't be playing as much. i will be doing 0 WL games this weekend coming for instance.
 
As always, if you don’t enjoy something don’t do it. If you had said 22 people may have not been so surprised.

I wonder what you’re like in real life, fascinating guy.

In other news, my Eusebio has forgotten how to score overnight, just keeps hitting the post now. Weird. Happy with the balance of the rest of the team though, Zlatan is an absolute machine, Prime Icon level.
