Gibbo, card goes on sale at 14:00 yes? Asking because I am going round trip to solicitors, banks etc and hopefully I will be back by that time to place an order. :D

Get your skates on then. :)

56 and 64 does not. The 64 is surprisingly good at 4k which for a card starting from £379 is incredible. :)
Great for Ultrawide. Back when I had the 1080 that struggled more at 3440x1440 than the V64.

With Vega 56 available for less and 8G, that is where my personal money goes everytime. For those that do want 2060, we have an Asus coming in at £329 today fingers crossed. :)

But under £700, AMD wins every time for me personally right now, I just personally prefer their drivers and the fact they have more VRAM and once you undervolt them they are really offering incredible performance, plus I prefer their game bundle too.

but Sadly peeps like myself on 1080ti for even highly clocked vega 64's for almost 2 years on only upgrade option is a £1000 2080ti and a much more pricey Titian V and Titian RTX. Normally I would just get a second 1080ti but multi gpu is pretty dead/dying since the 980ti days its not an option.

If you buy flagship, then generally it is best to skip a gen, I'd not advice anyone with a 1080Ti to change or upgrade, its a power house.

You are still not u understanding.

Nvidia did work along side Microsoft to support an open standard.

And is absutely free to support DXR in the same way Nvidia does. AMD just has to write the drivers and their GPUs would work in BFV and so on.

There is absolutely nothing proprietary about the API.

It is exactly the same as Nvidia supporting DX12. There is nothing proprietary

It may be based on industry standards to some degree but it's certainly not open source. Especially if it's built on the back of Nvidia's OptiX API library. It won't work out the box.

Anyway, I need to focus on refreshing my OC tab now :D

i thought the nitro was free shipping, or maybe i missed that deal, looks like 3 games instead as thats the only v64 i would get tbh.

Loyal forum members only, we can't afford free shipping as margin is very slim, nowhere else is even close on price most are £100 more expensive than us and shipping is well £10. :)

It comes with three games, I believe you can re-sell but your not supposed too or no guarantee.
