Incident in Sheffield

Sad indeed. It's truly terrible when lives are ended before they've even begun.

I live within walking distance, so know the area quite well. I'm sure I heard on the local radio that a gun shot had been ruled out, but this was an hour or two ago. EDIT: That is mentioned in the article.
 
I don't live too far away either, before I left work I heard the Air Ambulance fly over and on my way to work I saw an abandoned police car blocking the road which lead me to checking the Sheffield Star through the day - My heart sank after reading 2 Children are dead and 4 injured :(

It’s an odd one. The other four children were injured, so I would assume they meant to kill them all.

Two people have been arrested, a man and a woman. I would think that rules out a messy break up as the mother would surely be a victim too if the father went on a mad one, and I can’t see how honour killings target six young children.

It really is a harrowing situation. God only knows what’s gone on here.
 
I'd assume they'll just arrest both parents as suspects if it's not clear what has happened, my guess would be the cheating spouse/messy break up theory.
