Donald Trump has said Boris Johnson would be an "excellent" choice for the Conservative Party leadership.

In an interview with the Sun ahead of his visit to the UK, Mr Trump said: "I think Boris would do a very good job." (LINK)
I wonder whether that will help or hinder the Eton Clown?

same strategy as Putin for trump .. recommend an idiot to the population, to his, economic/political advantage, however,
Putin is more intelligent, so perhaps Trump genuinely likes him ?

I'm intrigued if they will meet up during the trump visit, did the Queen have to invite Boris to the meal ? if not maybe they'll go cycling together, golf ?

He can't do any worse than May, she's pretty much brought the Tory's to ruin by defying the will of the referendum.

etc etc - this bbc series epitomized him, his Inappropriateness

You do realise the Russia hoax was a cover for domestic election meddling/spying don't you?

They are investigating it now, the last 2 years the FBI refused to answer key questions because it impacted their "Russia investigation".

I can't wait for you to discover chemtrails.

EDIT: Ignore the above, I'm just watching the video and credit where it's due, this is some interesting stuff. Apologies!

He can't do any worse than May

It's only a matter of time before we'll be begging her to come back. That's how much faith I have in the Conservative party. :p

As for Trump... well he's clearly a man of integrity and a fine judge of character. :D

He can't do any worse than May, she's pretty much brought the Tory's to ruin by defying the will of the referendum.

I'm a Remainer, but this statement is completely inaccurate. May bent over backwards to try and make Brexit happen, successfully negotiated a deal with the EU, and was subsequently blocked by Parliament every time she tried to finish the job. How can you call this 'defying the will of the referendum'?

She was just the scapegoat. I have no idea why she was foolish enough to take the job - the same thing would have happened regardless of who was PM.

The referendum is irrelevant in determing the will of the people (a) because it was so close and (b) because it was a referendum on something that never existed. There never was any possibility of the alleged version of Brexit happening. The EU was clear about that from the start - there was not and never would be a deal that incorporated what the UK wanted.

I don't like him, he has no standards and can't run an office (others had to run things when he was Mayor), so god help us if he is Prime Minister, but the UK is in such a mess, it may just need a lunatic like Boris to break the stalemate.

Nigel Farage should be involved in the government's Brexit negotiations and the UK should be prepared to leave the EU with no deal, Donald Trump has said. (BBC Online)
I wonder what possible motive Agent Orange could have in endorsing the lunatics Bonker Boris and now Farage

Could it be I wonder that Great Britain would become a slave state to America when it is universally despised and ridiculed and absolutely desperate for ANY trade deal at all (except with China of course)?
