First, if you've reconnected CPU etc.. I would try one last Windows install (if not done so already) - i think tamzzy's list is faster to get to than mine.i dont even know where to begin with getting stuff swapped over,

Start installing drivers from manufactures/Nvidia (no bloatware)- you should know the routine. Reboot when requested etc..
Chipset drivers first.
Some drivers will give you a restart option - always choose the ''restart now' option when installing multiple drivers at a time.chipset, first then nvidia / msi stuff ohhh yeah ill get as much installed before my first restart just in case
