Driving a lamborghini huracan with no MOT!

Saw this last night and though't i'd post it here, £300 supercar, no insurance

I hear about it a lot though, super expensive cars not having insurance on them, especially London way. Maybe they forget or just think it's cheaper to buy their way out of any issues than insure it?

It's Oldham, it was probably rented for £3k a day and then sub-rented to the whole family at £1k per hour. Only the original renter is insured, therefore if whoever was stopped in it isn't on the rental agreement, it's going to get seized for no insurance. Happens all the time with a certain type of person: used to see it frequently when I was driving for weddings.

Did that person fit in to a very specific demographic? I've seen and known the same thing.
As an example was in a petrol station once when two young Asian chaps in ceremonial/wedding attire pulled up in one. Driving like morons, blipping the throttle as they waited to fill with 95, music blaring. Passed the same car later that day with 2 different young Asian chaps in it and a police officer escorting the driver to the back of his car. Both guys again in ceremonial clothing.

Yes, of course. No doubt there are other types of chavs doing it, but that's the only demographic I've personally witnessed involved in that type of thing.
