That's the problem. I despise most of these so called modern platforms because nearly everyone has to follow the same trend. Forums are fun, you can dip in and out or disappear for a while and not care then eventually come back to your hearts desire. Unlike most other forums today that is like mini Facebook's.

Change for me isn't the problem, trending with the masses because it's hip and everyone does it is the problem.

Youngsters don't really use forums, they're a relic from the early 2000's. It's all Reddit and social media these days.

Oh yes ! The early 00’s were great. Modding windows xp to theme it with new skins, same with Winamp etc.

Edit I don’t know if it still exists but I used to use trillian messenger which was pretty slick back then. (All the major chat clients rolled into one)

Windowsblinds. Turns out they're still on the go. I barely use a PC anymore.

Although I have just bought a house so that's the flipside I guess.

I get that, I never really went through that stage as a teen early 20's when I wanted to screw everything I could, made up for abit last year bot not a enough
