Like stats - Sky Fibre Max

Sorry to necro an old thread but this fitted perfectly with my question....

I've just done a similar thing, moved from Sky Fibre Unlimited to Sky Superfast. Was previously hitting 40/10 on the nose, now syncing at 40/15, stats remain the same, but from looking around i should be capable of 50-55 I'm guessing based on my line attenuation?

Line Attenuation (dB) DS1:16.0 DS2:37.0 DS3:56.1 US0:8.4 US1:34.6 US2:46.6
Noise Margin (dB) DS1:6.1 DS2:6.1 DS3:6.0 US0:6.2 US1:6.1 US2:6.1

Will it sort itself out or will i need to ask for the same thing as Jay had done? (what did they do?)

The 40077 suggests you aren’t being limited. It depends on what you were promised as to what action Sky will take, if any.

Yesterday it was 40000 down and 9997 up. Admittedly i only contacted them late yesterday, so i haven't really been very patient in expecting a change :p I'll give it a few days and see contact them if i don't see a change.

Noisy line? Noise will have the greatest effect on the sync. Also as you upgraded its seen as a new connection, you will have to wait for DLM to kick in.
