a lot of accounts are stolen or throw away accounts. in some places pubg is like £5. so make new stupid single steam account buy cheap game cheat. maybe the gaming cafes in asia get pubg volume licenses. who knows. but its a cheap popular game.

not saying all are stolen just some are. some sites for cheats will charge like £20-30 or more per month for private cheat then offer free game if caught. there is loads of variations.

the most obvious name ones are the Douyu and HuYa many of those are cheaters. or random numbers.
 
I see the hacking is at epidemic levels currently without a single thing being done about it. I'm not talking about the odd dodgy shot or crying but Blatant aimbotting and wallhacks. Stats with 20kd and 50% headshot ratio that have been reported and no bans issued....
 
My last solo yesterday was against a blatant cheater.
It was apparently his first ever game too, won with 7 kills, shooting people from 300m on Sanhok with K9, through trees (watched replay).
Laid down and crawled into the zone from 50m away, scared ********, yet he was able to have his mouse pointed on people who he couldn't see through the grass. 0% headshots in the game, all body shots (probably configurable in cheat config). A bit gutting, since I was ahead of him in kills until he had me 1:1, through his smoke that he accidentally threw when he tried to grenade me from far away.
Haven't played a huge amount of solos recently, so couldn't tell you how regular it is.

I don't play an awful lot of solos but have done a few this past week, play mostly squads and don't think I've come across many cheaters at all recently. Certainly nothing blatant.
 
We've been seeing similar to locky full teams of cheaters to the point we've not played for a week.

Our last game my whole squad got wiped by one guy with out reloading at distance, we did notice though it's worse in squads, in dous we don't seem to run into them as much.

I think away to combat it would be for pro / paid servers, as they're clearly just buying account after account as the number banned seems to be fairly static

Few of us started playing it regularly on Friday evenings using the non ocuk discord. It's still pretty much alive but now as I posted above even the big streamers are getting fed up with the cheating.

I have never in my 2 years of streaming this game experienced such a crazy amount of cheating in FPP Solo EU as I have the past few days/weeks.
Today and yesterday alone I've either killed or been killed by ~8 BLATANT cheaters. :S None of them are banned yet btw ;O)

The game had HUGE potential but developers rush for cash has ruined it.
