I wanted to ask you people first since so many mentioned buying the game soon as it was out, so I am interested in the pro/con of the the game so far and if
there are any crashes, etc.... OK "Westie" is having a great time and that's fantastic, but what about the others?

Think you’re onto something there. I play at 4K and every time I start I have to change the resolution from 4K to something else and then back again as although it says 4K it’s outputting at 1080P instead.
However, if I run it at 1080P and restart it nothing changes and no need to change it every time. I’m sure they’ll patch it out pretty sharpish but it’s a bit annoying having to swap it every time I play the game for now.

I've had a couple bugs in multiplayer few are breaking though the majority is just enemies getting stuck or floating off when dying. Have had one mini-boss disappears after getting shot once, then after a few minutes of wandering around looking for it wondering if it was a multi location one it just popped up saying we had passed the mission
.I'm having issues with the resolution and fps limit not saving each time I load (easy enough to reset).
Once I sorted out the graphic settings I had a solid 60fps 1440p with a 1080ti and 3900x.
No crashes at all in 9 hours.
Otherwise, it's the same old borderlands that made me love the previous one. So far brilliant!

I was on the fence about BL3 in the end because I was never sure if the Epic version of the game would be MP compatible with those who own the Steam version. As you can expect, most of those in iD want it on steam.
Now that you’ve gone and mentioned Satisfactory though...I’m looking at that since I hugely miss FTB!
Everything is way better in 3 except physics. Physics took a big down turn because it’s no longer using Nvidias physx
Only is Resolution mode, in performance mode it’s probably 1080p and base ps4 and Xbox is probably 1080p as well
I like shotgun physics in this. I don’t remember baddies getting knocked of their feet in the previous games.
It's ace, especially as my usual MO is snipe at the start, then run in head first kangaroo shot gun people in the face
I think the HDR is a nice replacement for physhx, I know they are completely different things.
But for me instead of "wow look at my singularity grenades" on this one Im like "wow look at the colours on that".
It just gives it that something special.

Satisfactory is very good, I actually prefer it to Factorio now
No, neither mine nor the missus have a 2nd screen connected.
No, it’s only connected to a 4K TV. I’m sure it’ll get patched at some point as it seems a fairly common complaint.

Satisfactory is scratching my FTB need nicely lol I don't even stress about reconfig my factory, it's just oddly enjoyable.
I am enjoying BL3 though. was going to hang off until Steam but tbh the guys I play with have it on epic already so little point..
Yeah, you're ok then regarding BL3/Epic being your choice from the looks of it. I think I'll hold off until the Steam release because iD and folks like Psymonkee will no doubt go for the Steam release.
Excellent that you have an FTB itch fulfilled then because I've been looking at it again but cba restarting and learning the mechanics of old mods I used so much before. Plus it'll no doubt run like a dog after a while anyway. Quite busy atm but think I'll purchase Satisfactory at the end of the month for sure.
