Can't access OCUK forum (and some others)...

..On my Home PC.

It says: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Mobile phone on the same network (via WiFi) and same browser (chrome) can access it fine.

I've flushed the DNS via command prompt. What other things could be causing it? Windows 10 firewall is disabled.

Remove all installed browsers and install again to test.
Are you using a VPN?
Any 3rd party addons installed?
Have you rebooted?

No VPN
No 3rd party add-ons (that I can think of)

I would be tempted to uninstall and make sure you find the data path and delete any data that is in the install dir.

See what your proxy settings are set to (Settings->networks and internet->proxy) sometimes 3rd party (malware) software will try and hijack your connection to inject ads, etc.

Yeh that's a good point, should get 185.103.4.11.

Can you access it via https://185.103.4.11 (you might get a cert error but this is fine)

That's fine. The IP address matches. Can you access it like what I put in the post above?

I've sorted it.

I'd accidentally plugged the network cable in to Ethernet 2, which on my Aorus X570 Xtreme motherboard is a 'GIGABYTE 10Gbit Network by AQtion AQC107'

For some reason, though the majority of websites worked, this one didn't.

I've plugged it in to Ethernet 1 (Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection) and it's working fine now.

I wonder if that's also why my PC kept rebooting when I shut it down...will test now.

Edit - Yes, solved that as well. Must have had 'wake on LAN' enabled for Ethernet 2
