I'm looking forward to playing it even though the first one drove me absolutely mad at times. A grown man screaming at his controller and wanting to smash it up? I can see more of that coming.

Did you ever try Super Meat Boy or Cuphead? Now those side scrollers are rage worthy.

Super Meat Boy I only tried about four levels, I don't think that's my cup of tea as it's way too twitchy. Cuphead I'm waiting for its appearance on Game Pass.

I've attempted to complete the first game 3 times but never managed to finish. I must finish before this comes out.

Amongst plenty of other bits yes. Jumping and trying to land on thin pieces of wood, I found tricky. The little creature you play just wouldn’t stay still and kept falling off.

Yeah I also found it incredibly frustrating, I don't really play platform games much so some of it was probably down to me sucking. Did find it enjoyable on the whole though. Will definitely play the new one if it pops up on games pass at release.

Been looking forward to this since the first announcement; loved the first game. Gorgeous visuals and soundtrack, can't wait for more!

I'm super crap at games, but I didn't have rage inducing moments with Ori. Damn game was just too cute for that

And the music too soothing.

I'm currently trying to finish the original bit trip runner having purchased and enjoyed the third installment. I'm really trying but it's taking several hours per level in the last zone. It's a well made rhythm / runner game but damn it's hard.

I loved the original and I'll probably love this one too, its easily my favourite xbox game this gen and I feel compelled to play it again on Switch!

I think its all part of the same game so new powers and stuff are already added the skill tree, I really hope they do a special edition controller or something for this game. The dream is a custom Xbox One X but I can't see them doing that for any indie.
