Prove there is no God.
I've still got said effigy!I have a picture of you with the alleged son of an alleged god![]()
However just because something cannot be disproven does not automatically mean it exists. In the same way just because we cant prove that the events depicted by the star wars franchise didnt actually happen doesnt mean they did.
I like the point that Dawkins makes in his latest book. The religious books that tell of Jesus were written 30 years after his death. That said they aren't going to be very accurate. People can't even agree on the 911 story.
He lets the rest of us die so why not kids?
Go back a little over 150 years and we had them working in coal mines breathing in those lovely carbon particles like the rest of the population.
Anyone who's religious care to explain child mortality?
"Despite progress over the past two decades, in 2018 alone, an estimated 6.2 million children and young adolescents under age 15 died, mostly from preventable causes."
I keep meaning to ask the people that come knocking at my door wanting to read a Bible passage.
Nah but his followers do...
Children born with cancer or birth defects. That's not exactly preventable or curable. What has religion got to do with greed? And incompetent governments?
Children die due to poverty I'm guessing in your preventable cases. Not because God killed them.
hahaha lol! There is nothing quite like waking up on christmas morning and discussing child mortality rates with strangers on the internet, happy christmas.
loved that gameGod's does exist played in on my Amiga.
It cannot be done with current scientific knowledge, at least it cannot be completely disproven that what we dont know about the universes creation isnt the result of a being that could be considered "god".

Little bit of an explanation:
Satan is evil, Satan was kicked out of heaven and tempted God's created humans that he gave free will to. Without this temptation they did not know sin but with it they did, see tree of life and tree or knowledge of God and evil (not necessarily real trees just a metaphor). Then God punished them for going against him and basically said follow me or the evil ways against me. God did not give humans eternal life on earth, see tree of life again, but offered eternal life in heaven for following him. Humans obeyed and disobeyed but their sin became too much to atone for so God sent his son Jesus to die for everyone's sin if they believe in him and follow him again as a human sacrifice. So basically the eternal life in God is after death and after loving and following God/Jesus with the power of God's spirit being in the world (the trinity). If you don't you go to hell forever if you do you go to heaven where there is no more sin and pain.
That is in no way an explanation. It is a belief.
It also does nothing to explain infant morality, birth defects, childhood cancers, That little worm that entire life cycle is to blind children.
A new born, can't disobey.
But that's not the case though for those with the belief. The belief is that God doesn't stop the evil workings of the world but gives the choice to follow him, which is the important part. And the testing that people mention isn't always sent by God. Equally God doesn't always perform miracles in the way that people want, it's God's plan for His kingdom, not God's plan for everything to be perfect for us on earth. Again the explanation works if you have the belief but tbh there's so much that is supposed by people about Christianity, and so many false assumptions about beliefs and things that can't work together (ie love, tolerance and other religions - science and religion - evolution and creation) that sometimes people don't listen and don't understand the other's belief.Indeed, but how does their belief tolerate the punishment of innocents by their God?
God loves you therefore he gives you cancer to test the belief of those around you?
