PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

New map is an epic fail for me, not sure I’m liking the direction this is going. Sunk about 600 hours into this but I just don’t think they’ve made many meaningful changes in the last 18 months.
 
Personally I don't get on with Vikendi at all and I'm gald to see it go.

But...

What are they doing with this game? 12 months to come up with this? I still play it but im getting to the point I really can't be arsed with it that much anymore.

Gimmicky gliders. Cheating rife. Lag. Loot spawns retarded. Secret weapon changes. Desync....list goes on.

It'll be FTP in 12 months then that's the end. I just play with mates now haven't played a solo in months.

while vikendi is out the simple answer to it is simply boost loot on erangel. it would give lots of players options rather than not playing.also many people wanted the extra loot on that map for ages which for some reason never properly happens.

i played erangel for 1000s of hrs. infact i played all the maps equal amounts of time. nearly 5000 in total. you know when some one says the loot is okay on erangel you just like okay then.

the loot is on erangel is the main reason people dont play it. its actually a great map but bad loot wise.

Like I said I don't get on with it. M24's KAR98's everywhere. All you hear is the silenced snipers everywhere, and the map just feels off. What it is I don't know.

Sanhok has the most sensible loot table of all the maps.
 
Sanhok sucks never liked it, Infact pubg sucks 75% of the time, its just that the 25% is really really good.

Still do not have much time for playing anything atm anyway tbh, is the cheating still bad or has it calmed down a little ?
 
Don't forget, the loot is 'bad' for a reason. If loot was good, then it would negate the reason for you dropping with just your wanger in hand.
If you all dropped and all had an equal chance of getting good loot, you might as well all drop fully geared... then it'll be just like any other shooter.

If you're not getting good loot, try going to some more medium>hot drop zones.

You've played nothing but Vikendi since the loot table was changed on Erangel!

Never have a problem any more on Erangel, you might not get the exact guns and attachments you want every time, but you will never be without something decent.

Same feelings. A new map here and there and that's it. A few modes.

I keep goign on about it but they need to make modes like 50 vs 50, east vs wwst easier to find/play. Really change things up.
 
I have to agree its like the owner just made his millions and has eaten his cake & run away! 4 maps is a total JOKE ! especially when you have games like Rainbow six banging out 20 MAPS ! & they are all pretty good.... The reason this game works is you don't pick that map! That needs too stop.... make all games Ranked so people cant quit maps and problem solved..... I love PUBG but at this moment in time its disappointing the way its going......
 
The best thing to do for map selection is that by default ALL maps are selected, but you can untick up to two. So the maps you hate you don't have to play.

Then like sony says, drop out = lose rank points

actually last season played erangel quite a bit. i like the map but the loots crap. everyone says this. i dont mind scraping up gear its part of the game but every round on erangel it soon gets boring.

i think H1z1 had the right idea great loot everywhere. worked really well.

sanhoks a great fun map but you often find the cheaters on it as its more hectic and games shorter. i would soley play it if it wasnt for that very reason.

the cheating recently has been pretty well managed or by that i mean i havent run into as many in the last two weeks.:p

you know its quiet when you winning like we should be 4 ,5 ,6 games back to back. with no robocops.:D

Yep you're wrong, despite your 5000 hours, you can loot up in no time plus Erengal is the second most played map behind Sanhok.
