Spec me a QoS modem/router

I had both Sky and Zen and in my experience Sky was giving me slightly more stable pings at a lower price.
But that is in my area and it might not be the case elsewhere.
Zen is usually a safer bet I guess.
Currently I am on Virgin Media M350 purely for raw speed as I am a heavily user.
 
Ah yes - how I dream of living in a cabled area..... Thanks for the help though. saves me cash !
