Whoops! if this is true it looks like the DemonRats have walked head long into another trap. The only thing that could make it funnier is if Pelosi and co try to shrug it off after all they've put Trump through.

The simple truth is Manafort was/is a crook. His own children have disowned him because "he has blood on his hands". Yet Trump claims he's a good man. He is anything but a good man. I don't believe anything that comes out of Giuliani's mouth now. He has fully jumped on the CT Trump train and will just spew out disiinformation knowing that for a lot of people they'll believe it because they want to believe it. When the DOJ arrests, indicts and convicts Hunter Biden I'll take that comment back. To think he was once America's mayor. Now he gets mocked in his own home city.

I don't care about yet another lying President. Seen as nothing we can say or do will alter anything about Trump, who actually cares what you or I or any of us think as none of our opinions will change what Trump does so I just think "why get worked up about something you have zero control over?".

I know it's much harder for yourself to view Trump that way but in another 4 years he'll be gone and yet another lying President will be there in his place, the cycle is endless and never changing.

Nobody is particularly worked up over this side of the pond, most people just think hes a moron. Your assertion that all presidents lie is also patently false.

Wow, you've just said that there has been at least one President that has never EVER lied, not even one tiny little white lie - WOW! I thought I was talking to someone fairly rational, never mind, guess I was wrong :D

There is a HUGE difference between spin, offering half truths and Trump's pathological lying. Politicians are normally very clever in the way they talk. They try and avoid an outright lie. Trump can't help himself and just spews out lies, he's been doing it for years and he will never stop.

I'm a Brit so really other than how dangerous Trump is to the rest of the world, I have no skin in this game. However everyone should be alarmed that a man like him is POTUS. He is immoral, unintelligent, has no respect for the rule of law, is a bully, a coward as most bullies are and a grifter. The fact he speaks better of the dictators around the world than democratically elected leaders should be a massive red flag. You could go on forever listing the reasons he should never have been allowed near that job.

I didn't know you knew him personally, how long have you you two been friends :D

Look every single person in the world lies. I hope you understand that basic fact of life, and as a politician he's just lied more successfully than most which has enabled him to become the President of the US, a hell of an achievement considering his lack of political knowledge, and yet despite being just as much of a liar as every other President, people seem to get a unique enjoyment from calling him names, from belittling him and generally being verbally nasty to him whereas as I'm just impressed as to how far he's been able to go considering all his limitations.

I mean if every single thing you posted in bold above is true, and he's STILL managed to become POTUS, thats just bloody amazing!

The orange bad man thing is cute, because you think its clever and/or funny, but if you live in objective reality, he is, objectively, by most metrics you could think of, a bad man.

Oh I’ve had a couple of friends over the years who’ve been pathological liars. They literally couldn’t help themselves and would just lie for no reason about anything. In the end both were quite honest about it and admitted they did it and had done it all their lives.

You talk about others calling him names. He’s the biggest bully of them all. He spends a good portion of his days tweeting and calling people names, demeaning them. You honestly think others should refrain from calling him names when he continues to do it? How do you square that exactly? It’s fine for him but not for others. I haven’t seen others making fun of the disabled, mocking gold star families, have you? Do you honestly think if they stop he will? That would be naive in the extreme.

As for how far he’s come. It just shows what money can buy. If any of us had been gifted the best part of $1 billion from their father who knows what we could have achieved.

And him being rude and calling people names isn't new or just because people have hurt his feelings as president. He has done it for years before his candidacy/presidency.

This is such a negative view but it's interesting that you don't see it as negative. There's just acceptance without checks and agreement for more of the same.

You are making out like Trump is not an anomaly, he is, he literally lies constantly all day long. In person and on twitter, its constant. This is not something any rational person should be accepting and yes we can do nothing about it over here but we have seen the same thing happening here with the Leave Brexit campaign and the recent Tory General election. So quite frankly your attitude is idiotic.
