Here is the extended briefing with Dr Fauci adding his take on opening up. Trump clearly talking nonsense and waffling out his ass. As usual got no specifics "we will look at lots of things, talking to lots of people before I decide. We done a good job though and he learnt from the doctors, US has done more testing than South Korea and also have the best tests much better tests, they have done a tremendous job in comparison." The people want it open now! Thats why its going to be tremendous bounce back." Then he does the usual self congratulation listing his great team. The guys totally off his head, just barely the start and he already congratulating himself.

As already mentioned we can pretty much dismiss what the President is saying because thankfully it be driven by the medical team and by actual analysis. It a crazy situation when you have someone with that temperament going off course, going in totally different directions, spouting garbage and its back to the team of professionals to steady the ship.

Leave things like this to CDC and Dr Fauci. I'm grateful drugs can't be advertised in the UK as it keeps things like this from happening here. There will be idiots who now find these drugs and take them when they should only be taken under medical supervision.

what?! Nothing has been proven. Also HANNITY is your baseline for medical knowledge ! Good grief.

Best guess that guy got his medical doctorate out of a Christmas cracker and he has been miss-diagnosing patients then “cured” them. Worst case he is after his 15 minutes of fame and is lying his **** off.

Would be great if this was true but nothing out there suggests it is.

There is a difference between bullet pointing click bait things like " no death " "breathing restore 3-4 hours" like some edgy free money vid or cancer cure vid on youtube and LEGIT medical studies being done by various groups on the medications in question.

The prior has no factual data to back it up other than the word of the doctor on tv. Once we have more reliable statistics for treatment we will know more.

To be honest as you simply post in here to rile people up and you are incapable of taking in new information, I do not much care for your reply. You never post anything of substance and mostly ignore valid counter arguments with little to no meat to your own.

Meanwhile Americans are essentially evacuating New York as the crisis there grows...

Trump must know his country is about to be absolutely wrecked by this, he surely has enough people around him saying that things are about to get real bad.

Most likely but as always when will he ever listen, he is stubborn. He will no doubt double and even triple down until its completely blown out of the water. Then likely change his mind in a few weeks down the line or fabricate that it never happened or he didnt say that. Take your pick. But you can guarantee his devoted followers will make excuse after excuse for him.

Meanwhile... a friend in Texas, trying to keep distance from others, gets an employee breezing into her office saying the panic is over because Trump says so. And as 'we're all going back to normal' in two weeks anyway 'I don't need to keep my distance'. Your president should get the virus and die, maybe people will take notice then.
