It's very interesting (to me at least) having a look back over MyFitnessPal, the days I sleep better, I've eaten 2,000+ calories in my evening meal and snack before bed. If I eat 1,500 and below in the later part of the day, my sleep is very interrupted (5 or 6 interruptions a night). I wonder how activity (cycling) fits into this too...
