Lovely car and even better that you're looking after it like this. My mum used to drive me to school in hers back in Saffrica, it was a 1600 with a Kent engine(?), not a week went by without someone offering to buy it, loads of wannabe rally drivers back then, and the Kent engine was apparently rather good.

I just remember her Vmaxing it at 160kph, fourth gear, pedal on the floor, downhill. Nowadays that's nothing but this was a very fond memory for me, one of the only times I've ever seen my mum drop all guards and just hammer it, she was usually a very play-it-safe lady.

Amazing the memories these old classics can invoke :)

I wanted to reduce the damage to the paint work as best as possible. But it absolutely owned me

Sounds like they wont do loads but the matt carbon stuff will be good to see, we already know how good they sound with the Evolve carbon plenum.

They are going to get another E92 M3 project car, sounds significant changes as they are after a cheap 100k+ miles car.
