Really suffering with hayfever at the moment... Its super hot in here so in order to bring the temperature down I have had to place a fan in front of an open window, which is turbocharging pollen into my face...

I'm now wearing a filtered mask to see if it helps!

So far, yes! But its making my face really hot. :(
 
went to sleep about 6pm then woke up at 2am :mad: working from home thankfully or I'd be in trouble lol
off to the kitchen to make coffee and found a woodlouse on the kitchen wall :S

I went to sleep at ?PM and woke up at 10PM.

I actually woke at 2am yesterday as well then forced my self to stay awake for as long as I could to fix my sleeping hours. seems it didn't work lol....

I actually woke at midnight but when I saw the time on my phone I was like yea it's not a good time to wake up....

I'm not sure if I actually fell back asleep or just lay there for 2 hours trying to :(
sounds like my neighbours been awake for a few hours already as well.

I have never been able to do that. I try and force myself to stay awake to "fix" my sleep pattern, but unless i have to go to work or something, I give in and go to sleep.

yea after being awake for 10-12 hours it becomes so difficult to enjoy doing anything.

I think it's probably easier to do it the other way around and go to sleep earlier each day rather than trying to stay awake for longer.

but I guess it would take more days to get back to normal like that since you can't just sleep 4+ hours earlier than normal but you can force yourself to stay awake an extra 4 hours pretty easily.
just sucks if you wake up at the same time as the previous day after all the effort....

Do you take any anti histamine tablets for it?

I don't know if it's because I haven't been outside as much lately but (touch wood) my hayfever hasn't been as bad. I do use a nasal spray every day though so that could also be helping :)

Furlough day today, think I'll have some crumpets with baked beans for brekkie and then crack on with some sorting etc :D I might even finally get around to unwrapping GTA 5 and playing it :o

Only off-the-shelf ones. Piriton for example. Not sure if it does any good, I think it does, but not a huge amount.

We're probably allergic to different sorts of pollen. I think I'm allergic to grass pollen, but in all honesty, I have no idea!

I always used to take the benadryl liquid capsules which can only seem to get online but despite them being non drowsy, I seemed to be the small percentage that did get drowsiness :o lol. I used to take one before bed and space them out so it was 1 every 2 days instead of every day. I think mine is tree pollen mostly

I remembered I had some cheese so added that on top of the beans and man was it gooooood :D
 
I've peaked. I've finally done it.

Last few days I've been getting harrased with those "Your internet will be cut off" calls and yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. Spent a while setting up a VM just to catch these idiots and waste their time. Had another call today and it was the best 20 minutes of my life. Though I sadly can't say all the things I did as they're not forum friendly.

Nothing is as it seems. My 'shortcut to PayPal' is a link to what can only described as very HQ pictures of acts between two male lovers.
'Barclays Credit Card' links to a cow slaughter house, just because.
Inheritance Details goes to some lovely close up pictures of genital warts.
His name was 'Kevin' so the folder of his mothers dirty pictures are just pigs in mud

other bits also have other unpleasant images/links/videos to see.

Was very satisfying hearing him trying to close things which I'd open back up right away. He ultimately realised I was wasting his time. worth it.
