Crikey, did either of you two actually bother to go to bed? :p

Don't know why but my sciatica has been playing up the last few days, keep waking in quite a bit of pain :( though it does tend to ease thankfully.
Maybe I need to wear my sexy back support belt today :o :D

I got up at about 3AM. :p

Put on the sexy back support belt, comfort is more important. :p

I opted for surgery to ‘cure’ my sciatica and had excellent results. Certainly worth considering if you are finding the pain is stopping you from living how you want or if it causes perpetual discomfort.

It only occasionally flares up thankfully :) I have previously had physio a few times and they said I need to build up my glutes to help support my back and try to remember to tilt my pelvis to correct my posture.

I have to admit, where I was working out a bit more lately, it had improved. I've not been as active the last couple of weeks so I think it's caught up with me (and my mattress is not the best either :o lol)

An osteopath said it's not something that he thinks would ever completely go away and it's probably caused by heavy lifting as a kid. (I helped my mum clean the local cinema/theatre place from age 11 to 16 and I was usually tasked with filling up the giant bucket for mopping the floors. Lugging it down the stairs to the dressing rooms wasn't fun or when the lift to the first floor would stop working :p)

Bleeehhh reached burnout about Wednesday this week. Overslept yesterday and did my morning meeting in my pyjamas (luckily no cameras for mornings). Today I just woke up at 9.45am instead :o

Of course it was a wake up too pee event lol then straight back to sleep. Acme was too slow at replying by his second post I was asleep.

Don’t even ask her about the swing she has in her dining room.....

Grrr... Had an important delivery due today between 11:00 and 15:00... Just got home to find a "sorry we missed you" from 9:50AM this morning...

DHL - Say no more I guess... :p

Never had a good experience with DHL. Stuff delivered well outside the stated delivery window, like my £280 Makita drill/torque driver set that was supposed to be delivered between 12.00 and 5.00 that afternoon, when I found it sitting out in the rain on the doorstep when I was heading out to get milk at 7.30 that morning. God knows how long it had been there, I was just lucky nobody passing by swiped it!

Other instances I endured was having two consecutive days of no shows for them to come and collect a faulty Nest Hub, before I eventually gave up and took it to the depot myself.

Absolute garbage service from my local depot at least.

Holy ****! I was just watching Sky News and they a story on the link between the COVID-19 death rate and obesity. Half way through they cut to piece where they had a consultant who specialises in obesity treatment, at one point you could see his entire body and must have weighed 25 to 30 stone! Who the hell is going to take his diet advice seriously?!?

Can’t sleep, too excited for my holiday on Sunday.

I’ll start looking when I’m back from my holiday, would have been nice to get one before I go away as there’s a few nice places to photograph in Tenerife but it’s too late now.

Still going?

If you are returning from Spain (including from the Balearics and Canaries) on or after 26 July you will be required to quarantine on your return to the UK

You know you've well and truly screwed up when you google your condition and google images can't compete...

Wonder if I can license a photo :p
