Ryzen 3600 temp prime95?

sounds about right especially with the warmer weather we're having. mine maxed out at 70 with a dark rock pro 4 running the cpu at stock settings.

Hi All,

I'm doing some stress testing with prime95 and its reaching around 75c is this about right or to high?

Cooler is a Noctua D14.

Sounds about right.

Remember that P95 is hardly representative of real world loads, I doubt you'll ever break 50-55c when gaming for example.

What case? What fan setup? Maybe there is no air to cool it off.

I have done some tinkering and I am at 4300mhz with 1.2625v, I have tried going to 1.325 with 4400mhz but cinebench throws an error so staying at 4300mhz.

I'm using realbench at the moment and I'm hitting 73c max.
Cinebench 70c
Blender 73c

Case is a Fractal design define 7 compact mid tower.

Fan set up is
2 x 140mm at the front as intake
1 x 120mm exhaust at rear
2 x 140mm exhaust on top

About right and expected temps for a stress test. Nothing to worry about

I bet whilst gaming or anything else day to day you do that’s CPU intensive, has much lower temps anyway.
