Need help for new gaming pc

Yes it allow me to get in Bios but still same keep restart very soon
Temp cpu like 30 to 40
Graphics card 40 and 0rpm. Fan not spin
And I just tried with my old card which is 710 nvidia... So it's same keep restarting

I would bread board the system with minimal component install - i.e. remove the motherboard and place it onto some cardboard with only the CPU/heatsink, memory (1 stick) and GPU installed. And then start the system by shorting/bridging the power pins with a screwdriver. Report back with results.

This will eliminate case shorting being an issue and if the problem were to persist in this state then you ideally would beg borrow or steal another PSU to try.

**Additional: Is the PSU plugged directly into the wall or an extension lead?

I already tried that sir build it up with the cardboard it still same solution

And psu I try to plugged both and still same

Now I'm gonna try with my old psu hope is working with that

If your GPU is like mine, the fans don't turn on until ~ 60 degrees.

Going by the latest pic your DRAM volts are maybe a bit low (1.204v).

If XMP is enabled think it should be 1.35v. If it is at stock timings try 1.25v.

I already said don't worry about GPU fan - at zero/low load it only turns the fan on when gaming etc.

You just need to find out why system is not stable and rebooting etc... So check as freddie/Plec have suggested if done everything else we've mentioned.

I tried ever eything but with other psu I can't because my old one don't even have cable for graphics card
And yes I bought corsair Rm650 watt

In my opinion something might faulty with motherboard or psu.
For clarification - you've tried a different PSU with a different GPU in the motherboard and duplicated the same error?

If that's the case - it leaves motherboard, CPU (possible - been on 2 threads where Ryzen did similar - but yours buckles a lot earlier) or the unlikely 2 bad sticks.

The law of averages would point to motherboard.

Haven't tried different psu but I tried different graphics card on it so became the same error

And as you see I don't get why temp so high just only on Bios not even do anything cpu go up like 60 and motherboard like 40 to 50 I don't think is normal

And as I guess I think psu or motherboard I will get some cheap and try it one by one if it work that mean is faulty for sure

The CPU is under slight load in BIOS - but admittedly your temps are warm - but not restart and crash warm.

EDIT: When you re-seated CPU - did you reapply TIM (and clean both surfaces properly before)? I didn't notice any thermal paste on your list.

Why can't you test the old PSU with old GPU installed in the motherboard - no need for adaptor then - or am i missing something?

Oh yh i tried that and it same just restart for no reason old psu old graphics card
What you think what I should do next

From that reply - if i'm following your troubleshooting to date correctly you've ruled out:
  • non essential components - drives etc
  • PSU
  • GPU
  • technically the memory as you've alternated sticks - but you could have received 2 DOA sticks - rare but possible.
This leaves the motherboard and the CPU - the motherboard being odds on favourite, but given your error it could be CPU, i've seen it before.

Did the motherboard, CPU and memory all come from OcUK?

Yes all from OcUK

Great - it's simple then.

Post in the Order Queries Forum in the Customer Services forum here ----> Clicky

Quote your order number and briefly explain your problem, clearly as you can, and guide them to the last page of this thread - especially my post #57 where it sums up what you've ruled out.

Ideally, they will take back the CPU, motherboard and memory for testing - as this will allow for sods law and turn around for you will be a lot quicker (no guarantee they'll do it this way - but they usually do if it's ambiguous).

They're a really good bunch of lads but busy - so may take a day for them to reply.
