Well I have never successfully undervolted/overclocked the 2080ti or the Titan Xp before. They both like/need more juice to get max overclock.
AMD seem the masters of that.
Running my 2080Ti @ 96% power using the same OC on GPU & RAM as I was previously using at 120%.
Less heat but equal boost clocks. Bit weird but it’s been working for me. Tops out at <260W too.
Good result. My cards definitely needed more power to hit their best overclocks - both boost to 2100Mhz.
whonsaid that??
the highest power limit I've seen so far for an AIB 3080 is 370w
Im fligging titan with block for 300 but thats wirk plus gaming card my mate that works as 3d designer will have it probobly for work. And yes 2150mhz is limit on the titan i gotMy 1080ti FTW3 would overclock next to nothing even when water cooled and below 45c so even lower temps would not increase performance.
Sold it for almost £500 few weeks ago which is more than I paid for it over a year ago.
I do feel sorry for the person who bought it tho.
Thats why im considering Inno3d had fantastic overclocking experience with theirs gpusSadly not confirmed, it will all depend on the bios and Nvidia. With the 2080ti we had boards which could do 400w+. With the 3080 with three 8 pin power connectors, in theory the maximum they can take is 500W. Whether the bios lets you or not we will have to wait and see.

Any idea what the workload is?
Sounds like the 3080 FE is the only way to go
